Are your photos and files encrypted?
Mostly not. Google Photos, Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox hold the keys to your files. iCloud seals your photos, files and backups only if you turn on Advanced Data Protection.
Checked on 25 October 2026. 5 apps, 26 sources.
Made by Secria. Secria Workspace, opening soon, will compete with these apps. How we check
Sorted by how many parts are sealed by default, then by how many can be. Ties go A to Z.
